I pu...The only way I do roast is in the crock pot. I put it in and sprinkle pepper on it, then pour in a pack o dried lipton onion soup mix. Pour a tad of water in to cover the bottom. After a half day of cooking, put in whatever veggies you want...carrots, potatoes, etc. Sprinkle more pepper and salt on top. You can add more water if you think you need it. I usually do one for about 8 hours or more on medium. Easy. After we eat, whatever is left, I cut up the meat small and you can add some tomato juice or crushed tomatoes and broth to make a soup or stew.Kim Onoreply@blogger.com
