Your Marriage Can't Wait
Stop Keeping Score: How Generosity Protects a Working Mom's Marriage
On the fourth episode of Catholic Working Mom, host Jessie Rettinger sits down with Annie Muller, mission ambassador and retreat coordinator at Mighty is Her Call. Annie grew up in an evangelical home in East Texas, came into the Catholic faith at the University of Dallas, and met her husband there. She is now a mom of seven and a grandmother.
After about fifteen years at home with her kids, she sensed God calling her to use gifts that had gone dormant. Together they talk about what shifts in a marriage when mom goes back to work, why your marriage can't wait until the kids are grown, and how a spirit of generosity keeps spouses from keeping score.
